Cashout Collective

Cashout Service

Sell sealed stock for cash, paid by bank transfer within 48 hours.

What Cashout Collective does

Cashout Collective buys sealed stock from resellers for cash, covering both Pokemon and Topps or Panini product. You send your stock, they check it against what you declared, and pay by bank transfer. It replaces the older cross-server cashout system and consolidates everything into one place.

Why you would use it

Not everything you buy sells the way you expected. Stock goes long, a set cools off, or you simply need the capital back for something better. Listing it out individually means fees, postage, time and waiting for buyers who may not turn up at your price.

A cashout service takes the lot in one transaction. You will get less than you would selling it yourself, and that is the trade: a lower number now against a higher number spread over weeks or months. Whether that is worth it depends on how quickly your capital turns over elsewhere.

Worth knowing

Cashout Collective launched in July 2026 and is still a young operation. Nothing wrong with that, and it is worth factoring into how much you send in one go while you build up a picture of how they handle things. Start with a smaller parcel rather than clearing your whole shelf on the first transaction.

What to include in your parcel

Every parcel needs a note with:

  • Your Discord username
  • Sort code, account number and name on the account
  • Whether the account is personal or business
  • Quantity, for example three hobby boxes
  • Total agreed in pounds

Without this they may not be able to match your parcel to you, which delays payment.

How payment works

Quantities and prices are checked on arrival, then payment goes out by bank transfer within 48 hours of them receiving your parcel. If you are near Newcastle, cash can be arranged instead.

Post your tracking number in your ticket once the parcel ships.

Insure your parcel

This is worth spending money on. You are shipping a box of stock with no buyer protection behind it, and lost or delayed parcels have been an increasing problem. Standard courier cover is usually far below what a box of sealed product is worth, so add insurance to the value of the contents rather than relying on the default.

Get tracking on everything, keep proof of postage, and photograph what goes in the box before you seal it.

Before you send anything

Agree the price before the parcel leaves. Know what happens if their count disagrees with yours, and what happens if something arrives damaged. Both are normal things to ask and worth having answered in writing in your ticket.

Keep records of what you sold and for how much. A cashout is a disposal like any other sale and your bookkeeping needs it.
