What Sellerfuse does
Sellerfuse is a UK-built software platform for Amazon FBA sellers, bundling the tools most sellers would otherwise buy separately into one subscription. There is also a cheaper eBay-focused tier for people who do not sell on Amazon at all.
Two tiers
eBay Essential, £10 a month
eBay hub, ticket reselling hub, income and expense tracking, a task board and calendar integration.
Amazon Advanced, £29 a month
Everything in Essential plus the full Amazon seller dashboards, reconciliation and reimbursements, advertising tracking, and priority support from their UK team.
There is a 14 day free trial. Check current pricing before you sign up, since the Amazon tier is described as locked for a limited period.
What the Amazon tier covers
- Profit tracking. Dashboard breaking down profitability with every fee exposed.
- Inventory management. Stock levels, values and refunds, from a summary view down to per-item detail.
- Reconciliation and reimbursements. Automated tracking of what Amazon owes you for lost or damaged stock, with no commission taken on what is recovered.
- Shipment tracker. Visibility on inbound shipments, flagging discrepancies between what you sent and what was received.
- Advertising tracking. PPC campaign performance, which is where a lot of FBA margin quietly disappears.
- Feedback monitoring. Templates and appeal guidance for challenging unfair negative feedback.
- VA management. Approve leads, track performance and set targets for a sourcing team.
- Xero integration. Syncs Amazon sales data into Xero, which matters if you are running a limited company and keeping VAT records.
Where it fits
Most sellers start with a spreadsheet and outgrow it somewhere between the first hundred sales and the first tax return. Fees are hard to reconcile by hand, unsold stock is invisible, and by the time you need the numbers they are twelve months stale.
The reimbursements side is the one worth understanding. Amazon regularly loses or damages FBA stock, and most dedicated recovery services take a percentage of whatever they claim back. Sellerfuse includes it in the subscription instead, so you keep the full amount. If you hold meaningful FBA inventory, that alone can cover the cost.
Sellerfuse or the ResellRadar tracker
The ResellRadar Resell Tracker covers eBay and Vinted with net profit, inventory and expenses, and it comes with your membership. If eBay is where you sell, that may be all you need.
Sellerfuse is worth looking at if you sell on Amazon, since none of the FBA-specific work is something our tracker does. Reimbursements, PPC, shipment reconciliation and Xero syncing are a different problem to flip tracking. Plenty of members run both.
On tax
A Xero integration keeps your records tidy, it does not tell you what you owe. Your position depends on your trading status, your other income and how you account for unsold stock. Speak to an accountant, particularly once volume picks up or you register for VAT.
